Sony Ericsson W595 — Worst product , have several defects | |||
I had purchased Sony Ericsson W595 one year back. After completion of just 1 year(which is the warranty period) it got several problems . I became a regular visitor of sony ericsson service centre. Sometimes the speaker doesn't works when the flap is open, the display goes frequently, it often gets restarted automatically. Some number keys as well as navigation keys have stoped functioning. Now yesterday the display has stoped functioning permanently. I had comited greatest blunder in my life by purchasing a sony ericsson product. Was this information helpful? | |||

With reference to my earlier complaint, I am unable to use the handset which is having lot of defects and continuously I am visiting to service center and spending lot of money just after completing the warranty period.
I request your suggestion, so that it can be repaired or replaced at your end.

in my opinion sony ericsson is worst mobile company in the world...one more person cheated by sony ericsson and loosing mentle peace since last 10 months, buying sony ericsson mobile. consumer forum is option now.
Sony Ericsson — SE W595 worst product
Yes it is worst product, after completing warranty period, it is giving so many problems...suddenly started problems at overnight,
speaker not working, and i managed with head phones.
after 10 days, slide problem, not opening the lock after opening slide,
after 2 days, cancel button not working, now unable to switch on.
worst and worst...not only hand set, also the accessories.
even accessories also not giving long life.
and service center is ready to replace slide plate for 800/- but grantee is up to only 15 days..
but SE W595 giving problem suddenly .. so waste spending money on this again. for 15 days.
and i want to know the process of extending the warranty and conditions...etc

Sony Ericsson — defective w595 handset
respected sir,i had bought a sony ericsson w595 handset from prime watch world in ezra street(kolkata) on 20th july 2009.the set costed 12300.within 15 days of purchase the key used for switching off the phone stopped working.upon reporting the matter to the service centre they repaired the phone on the same day.my handset has again started giving me trouble as the ear speaker has got spoilt.i have given it at rabindra sarani service centre.had it been nokia it would have been immediately replaced by the company.sony ericcson has a goodwill.the company shouldnt forget that the company exists because of the customers and it is the duty of the company to look after the needs of the customers and help them.i will wait for a positive reply.thank you.
