[Resolved] Sony — provide defective laptop | |||
I purchased Sony Vaio laptop last year. Since, that onwards i am facing a lot of problems with the same. I visited many times to Sony service centre for the rectification of my problems but they did not give their best.My laptop track pad was changed, Windows got formatted six times and now keyboard is creating problems. In last month service centre had ordered for keyboard,till now it is not reached to its destination. Sony's service is very bad and i want them to replace my Laptop with a new one because without laptop i am unable to do my works. Was this information helpful? | |||
