[Resolved] Sony — Sony VAIO f15215 laptop complaint | |
I purchased a sony vaio laptop F series model 15215 touch, but in the very first week, one of its usb port was not working. Initially I thought that it is simply a problem o[censored]sb port which can be repaired or changed from the authorised service centre of sony at dehradun. But when I went to the service centre after approx 20-25 days, they inspected my laptop and told me that its mother board will have to be replaced. I was shocked to hear such an advice from them, because such an initial stage, the main part of my laptop was to be changed. I insisted to replace my laptop with a new one, but they clearly refused to do so. Now I am constraining to take legal actions against sony company if my laptop is not replaced with a new one within a week. Was this information helpful? | |
