My name is S Ramu and I have been joined with M/s.South Eastern Roadways in the year 1974 and due to some family & personal health problems I resigned from the company and my last working day is 24.05.2009 (after giving advance notice period intimation).
I submitted all the documents with regard to my Full & Final Settlement of my pending March, April & May 2009 salaries, Gratuity & EPF withdrawl Forms to the Head Office on 01/07/2009 & after that I made several reminders through Letters, Email & Over Telephone I spoke with HR- Head & concerned HR Staff but no one is responding in clearing the issue.
In this regard I humbly request your goodself to help me out in getting my Pending Salaries / PF withdrawl amount & Full/Final Settlement amount at the earliest possible.
