with due respect i bag to state that my name is md afsar ali employee code sbku 02058 n working saltlake as a customer care excutive from aug 2009 to july 2010 but it is sham for me n my company i have get only 1 external mafi then i haresment from h r ms shusmita sen n tl debrato who are fully haressment to me regarding that particular mistake .In my career of spanco i have not got any warning lettre in my future but due single mistake hr told to me you go n give resign thats time i talk to tl rajesh kumar balmiki who told to me u not give resignation now u give resign after 2 or three days, but als i went office for resign hr told to me u r terminited bcz why u absent 2 or three days . i told many time my tl told to me u came after two or three days lettre but no one listern to me .its big play with me n i m not received my salary n any resignation plz taken action it,

My Name is Pradeep kumar Sinha. i was working in Spanco BPO in kolkata as a Customer Care Representative.My employee ID is 01459. I have resigned on 6th April 2010. i was supposed to get my final settlement within or in 45 days. i have called to HR department to Ms Summita and Anandita so many times but always they assured me that now we will finalised your payment.
now a days if any one called up for HR department the receptionist simply tranfer the line and you will not get any answer and whenever i visited spanco they just trying to give me a fake excuses and promises.
what should i do now where to go to do complain about this company. there are so many employees whoes settlement is due.
A strict action is recquired against this company so that they should not play with employees.

its Useless to work for such an organization which does not respect one as they should.there are hundreds of people who have experienced the same thing that Uv been through, But the worst thing to add up to the insult is that they (Trainers) from Spanco are supported by their Managers too !
If you really want to be heard do yourself a favour...Get in touch with the Chairman (Spanco) Mr.Kapil Puri and express your plight.

Hi, My name is Reena kanswal and i was employe of spanco bpo service limited, i am so disapointed with the HR management department because i leaved ur company before seven months and i have some personal problem because of my problem i need some kinds of help so i was thinking that this is resolved by my F&F and my PF money but whenever i came to the HR for myF&F and my PF they always give me some different type of reasons because of this type of response i am facing so much problem, i dont know why the HR team not giving the proper response to their prevoius agents but they are very careless with their agents and i never believe their voice so please u r really from the HR team so plz help me and help every person who is belonging from ur company or who is ur previous agents
