My Name is Kaavyum Narayan i was working in Spanco BPO in kolkata as a Customer Care Representative.My employee ID is sbku02097. My joining date was 21st of august 2009 , & I have resigned on 22nd April 2010. i was supposed to get my final settlement within or in 90 days. i have called to HR department to Mr.Dibyendu Sarkar, Anindita and Susmita so many times & also met with the Anindita but always they assured me that now we will finalised your payment.
now a days if any one called up for HR department but i didn't get any answer they are trying to give me excuses but not giving me any final date, If they do like this I will be bound to take some legal action.
what should i do. I just have one option that i can take the help of court.
A strict action is recquired against this company so that they should not play with employees because they are doing the same things with all the employees.
