MY NAME IS PRADEEP KUMAR SINHA AND I WAS WORKING SPANCO BPO IN KOLKATA FROM 21ST MAY 2009 TO 6TH APRIL 2010 AND MY ID IS SBKU01459. BUT I HAVEN'T GOT MY F&F PAYMENT. IT ALMOST 10 MONTHS WHEREAS AS PER COMPANY POLICY ONCE A EMPLOYEE RESIGNED FROM THE POST THE FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT WILL BE GIVEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER 180 DAYS. BUT THE HR DEPARTMENT STILL TRYING TO IGNORE THE ISSUE. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS LIKE RELEASING LETTER. IF I WILL NOT GET ANY NEWS REGARDING THE PAYMENT WITHIN 10 DAYS THEN I WILL HAVE TO MOVE TOWARDS COURT. FOR ANY CLARIFICATION CONTACT ME AT [protected]
its Useless to work for such an organization which does not respect one as they should.there are hundreds of people who have experienced the same thing that Uv been through, But the worst thing to add up to the insult is that they (Trainers) from Spanco are supported by their Managers too !
