[Resolved]  Sparsh Bpo Services Ltd — NOT GETTING PF AMT

Dear sir,


I am Rahul Jaiswal.I worked with in a Sparsh BPO Services Ltd sparsh bpo services ltd,5th floor,J1-14,block ep,kredent tower,sector 5,salt lake city,kolkata_700091. Kolkata (West Bengal) from 1st March 2007 to 7th October 2009,for BSNL Process. my employee code. was 60882.

Although after resineing from there i have submitted my PF form for withdrawel amount in the month of Jan-2010 & it hasbeen told by my Employer that amount will be transferred within 90 days from the date of Full & final settlement with the Company, in my given bank account,

Now It has been more than 9 month,my Provident Fund still haven't been transffered in my bank account.
I have visited Sparsh Kolkata(Kredent Tower) , many times but i never got positive answer, neither from HR Department nor from Accounts Department even when i call to my rellivent managr they also donot answer me.once again whenever i make call to Provident Fund dept. no body pick the phone in mumbai branch ([protected])

So I request to you please solve my problem as soon as possible & advice me the status of my Provident Fund's & its amount also.
