On 23/03/2009 I have received a SMS fromTM-SPDC-UK that I have won GBP : 250, 000.00 in the 2009 (SHELL) INT'L Mobile Draw, for claim to contact Mr. Stephen on +44 [protected] or E-Mail : [protected]@live.com. Is Fraud or Geniuine???

You are hereby requested to evaluate the accuretness of the fact before believe unknown person/body.
It would be better if yaou follow the following procedures before reaction to them.
- Never believe bliendly to unknown persons/body/whatever name called.
- Read the matter carefully
- Evaluate the truthness of the fact
- If you donot know the fact then search through several webside...
- have a formal communication with the party (in the course of comm. be as if you donot no anythings though you know.
- never contribute any contribution vie augment SMS/Mail...
