[Resolved]  Speed car help line — Tyre Puncture

I called up the speed car helpline number on monday (27th september), as per the information provided when signing up for the membership and at the time of call was that within 30 min. Mr. Nazim told me that within 30 minutes my complaint will receive the assistance, however till evening 7.00 pm no assistance has been provided. I had to go to Gurgaon so I hired a cab and went there at 9.00 pm. i was late by an hour for my meeting. In the evening again I called up 30 times half the time phone was not picked up rest of the time some one picked and told that will check up and get back and after that no response. At 6.00 pm Mr. Sunil told me that within 10 minutes someone will come
at 6.30 some other person tiold me that Person is at Anand Vihar. Till writing of this mail there is no response. Situation could have been worse if i would have been with my family and it was some lonely place.
In the mean time when i called up the Helpline, i was told that due to heavy rush they are not able to provide the service on time, though nothing was said while taking money from me. This is kind of money fleecing this company is doing. When in frustration i called up Helpline again it was told that if i have any complaint then call up after 8 AM next morning, i was totally aghast, someone took my money and then not able to help me for the committed time and then over and above there is nothing i can do at that moment to get myself heard. Person i spoke to was Nazim and he asked me to call up in the morning to Speak with Gaurav. He gave me a cell no. of Gaurav which is switched off sinced morning I am totally dissatisfied with the service level provided and feel cheated in this manner. I will like to spread my message to all the people i know and all who i can reach against such spurious company.

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — WORST EVER SERVICE

I have a 1year membership with "SPEED Car Help Line".... but On 10th of march.. my car punctured on Noida- GreaterNoida expressway.. so i thought that i can use SPEED service first time.. so i called them on given numbers.. around (10.40AM) one of the executives takes the details from me and ask me to wait 30 minutes. and some body will fix your problem... but after and half-n-hour no body comes and no calls...then again i called on same number.. (11.15AM).. they told me that his mechanic is in Noida fixing another car.. so he will be reaching in 15 minutes..but nobody turned up by (11.40AM).. so called on same number again.. again they told me that. mechanic is fixing the another car and will be reaching in any movement... so i waited again (IN HOT WEATHER).. again i waited till 12.15PM.. then i called them again .. again same answer.... then i got frustrated.. and get out of the car. and changed the tyre myself.. around 12.45PM......i called again on same number. but i was busy for more then 5-10 minutes... ..and nobody call back me and told me about the status of my complaint... so i waited 2 hours 15 minutes for a TYRE PUNCTURE .. so i think SPEED service service sucks.. they only commit the things at the time of receving money only.. but dont follow... so dont ever think of taking the SPEES Service.. they are pathetic..... NOW TELL ME WHAT TO DO
I dont think Neeraj can read and write English, he speaks big things about cyber crime. He doesnt even have the basic coutersy to return my money or respond to my emails. They are the biggest thugs.

I also tried calling Ranjith on [protected] about 10 times but nobody picked up the call. Last night I was promised that the vehicle and work man were to be sent to my house the first thing in the morning but as expected nobody turned up.

I finally had to go to the nearest work station and get my vehicle repaired.

Let me know how can i get my money back.

I am writing this email to provide feedback for the service I have received from your esteemed customer oriented organization. I had punctured my vehicle in the evening, I tried calling your call center from the road but it could not get through. Any ways I bought my vehicle home and tried again. The executive who received my call took all my details and reassured me that it would be taken care in half an hour.



From 6:55 PM when I made my first call there were several conversations I had with your executives. Each time I was told about new terms and conditions and also assured that any how the service would be at my door the next moment (the message that was continuously was communicated that the car was last at ashram and would reach Noida soon). The executives re assured that they would update me with the status after speaking to the mechanic but all in vain. I asked the executives to connect me to the floor manager but nobody cared.



I tried your numbers on the website but to my surprise they didn’t even work.



My final call was made after 11:00 PM when a guy spoke to me and told me that the car which was coming to me had some technical issues and was unable to reach. I was surprised that nobody even cared to inform me for the same.



Q1. Why was it not communicated to me earlier when I had made endless calls? I actually had to used a couple of my friend’s phones because my call was not attended; perhaps my number was getting displayed.



Q2. Do you have only one vehicle that runs in entire Delhi/NCR to serve the customers?



Q3. I understand that you have very beautifully designed the terms and conditions of your agreement and I am sure that all this would also be taken care of at your end. But I would request you to please ask your sales people to educate the end customer about all this when they come to crack the deal with us.



Today I really feel unfortunate and miserable that I opted for SPEED instead of ... agency. I had been using their service for a year but never faced such a helpless situation. It was just a week ago I made this great decision. I understand that may be SPEED does not have the infrastructure to support so many customers, so I would suggest that you stop adding on new customers and create one with which you can keep the existing people happy.



I work as a Lead HR for an IT MNC; people loose their jobs & credibility in IT for so much slackness and dishonesty. Please advice in case I should at least inform my 2000 + fellow colleagues about your service to save them from all the harassment I had to face.



All I would request you from now is to let me know how it is possible to withdraw my membership back and get my money refunded.



I hope you read my email and take some corrective action. In case you don’t feel the need I would appreciate if you could personally respond to my email to ensure that it was read by you and not deleted by your subordinates.
