Dear sir/madam
My parents had sent me speed post containing my passport via speed post number "eh[protected]in" dated 24/10/2009. however the passport was lost by them in transit and they have not shown any response to the complaint lodged to them complaint number:[protected].
please let me know how to proceed further as i want to lodge a case against them
