I was send a letter through speed post on 30/09/2009 at 10.56 AM from Nashik Head Post Office but On Internate I didn't found the track details It is requested that please show me track details

respected sir,
i have complained about my area post office, there is no postal orders, no crfs stamps and alot of other things that can required in a post office.i will go many times and ask for these things but no response, i am a student, for sending application forms i have need of these all postal orders and lots of postal things, they say me go to GPO, i fed up of these excuses please do of my request .
