[Resolved]  speed post letter — Non delivery of Speed Post by Postman

A letter comes from Provident Fund Office, Wazirpur, New Delhi by Speed Post on Friday dated: 07/08/2009.

My previous address was 2nd Floor, Flat No: 22, Pocket No: 2, Block No: C-2C, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058 and now

my current address is 2nd Floor, Flat No: 21, Block No: C-2, Janakpuri, New Delhi-11-0058 shifted on 15/07/2009.

I have came to know on evening 07/08/2009 at 8.00 pm about Speed Post letter from PF Office by my previous landland at C-2C, Pkt-2, Flat No: 22, Janakpuri, so I rushed today at Janakpuri postoffice at 8.30 am situated at B-1 block nearyby market to collect my lette. I had humbly requested to Postoffice Head and postman Mr. Rajesh for handing over my letter to me. But they can't hadover my letter to me. while I had enough ID and residential proof. In sort they kill my times and harrsed me a lot. Despite of waste my time about an hours, he refused to give me that letter and saying that this letter will deliver to your wife today at your new given address. But till time 18.40 they do not deliver my letter at my said place.

In this way, we are suffering from tension and have a greate loss of time and money as well. This happen only due to ill coperate of postal departments, Janakpuri. Everybody knows that the Speed Post is finest postal service in your deptt. So. what is for this?
