[Resolved]  Speedo Fit — Not Working in 45 Days

I am Pradeep Pillai. Purchased the Speedofit on 7th May 2011. Have not used this for a long time since I was travelling. After 45 days, the system stopped working.
After calling the call centre to post a complaint, the reply was this will not be handled after 30 days of purchase.
There should be justice to the customer who purchased this product and at lest a repair option should be given and do not matter if chargable. The attitude of GTM was that once sold, will not take care of the customer which is total injustice.
The next step will be to inform the media that the products advertised on Television do not work and there is no support. If such systems were purchased from an authorised shop, at lest they can be approached to find a solution, in case of teleshopping the customers have no hold.
This is now time to circulate the matter among the friends and people whom I know, to inform then that not to fall in such traps.
