[Resolved] SPG MARKETING — Complaint - Nokia Xpressmusic 5310 Model
Senior Customer Care Manager,
The undersigned purchased a Nokia Express Music 5310 Model vide bill no:9264 dated 22.02.08 from Priority Mobiles, 507, Arvindh Towers, D.B.Road (Opp. Pazhamudir Nilayam), R.S.Puram, Coimbatore – 641 002.
Subsequently because of frequent hanging on problem, referred your service centre at 101-E, D.B.Road, Opp. SBOA Matriculation School, Near : Handloom House, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore – 641 002.
Again, after few months had to refer the same care centre because of the same problem coupled with a line formation inside screen.
Few months passed.
Now heavy hang over problem is there. In addition no key (Answer key or the green button) works when any incoming call lands. Then the set hangs over.
After removing the battery and switching on, I can dial the called numbers during which all buttons works.
When I referred to your service centre, this time they say the guarantee period is over, the service is subjected to service charges. This gives me a doubt that either the problem of hang over is not set right in the instances and only postponed to pass the guarantee period or the model itself is a failure one.
However having referred to your customer care no 30303838 in vain, I am lodging this. Please note – having shelled out Rs.9, 800-00 and having faced hell a lot of problems so far - I am not willing to spend even a single rupee. Therefore, please do not repeat “IT IS THE POLICY OF NOKIA” etc as I have already heard of this from your service centre and service care number also.
Please direct me as to how to proceed.
