I am unable to my Spice D6666 to my PC with data cable

I have a spice D-6666 model. now a days my phone's sms boxes are not opening. it only says "loading..." and hangs. messages are not opening neither for master sim and nor for slave sim. company personnel said " it has a software issue and it is to be re-install ". but they are not telling me the way of backup my sms and contact list. so please any body tell me that how can i take exact copy backup of my sms (for both sims) and contact list ?? pl. tell me on my below e-mail id or contact number. don't try to sms me because it is not opening.

I Tarak Biswas purchased a Spice Mobile which Model number is FLO TV M-5600, I want to connetct internet through this mobile set but I am not unable to connect Internet without PC Suit of this mobile, I am so many times searching PC suit through Inter net but I an not getting PC suit softwares of this model.My PC is 32 bit supported, so please tell me how can I get that software.My Invoice number is[protected] dt.18/10/12, Customer ID:[protected], Purchased from Spice retail Ltd, Dalhousie Store, Kolkata-1

Hi Team, Kindly consider this on Priority. I purchased mobile online (Homeshop) Spice MI 506. Battery charge is not standing I need to charge 24/7. Head phone is not working informed shop.
