It is request that if you are launchig new product and giving new something then you should to also provide related software. I have purchase new M5252 spice mobile. But I can't feel enjoy with this because company had not provide any data cable and pc suit. A lote of coustmer not happy with this. We are searching data cable driver and pc suit on sight but can't properly download. I have purchase data cable and When I attach my data cable with my pc then mobile start to recharge I can't understand what is problem, and till now I have not PC Suit.
Second with warrenty card you have provide coustmer care center list that also totaly fail. All no is also frood. They are not giving properly reply. In this way We are thinking that Spice Company want to sail only product and not are interested to know what are coustmer thinking about company.

If company understand my problem then request to ell about M5252 spice mobile data cable and pc suit where we can get. In feature you should to provide can get payment for that but costmet get relax and not required to go here and there.

i agree to the complaints regarding mobile connectivity with pc. such lots of features give a set back to this mobile (M5252) if it cant be connected with pc. connectivity drivers must be provided otherwise this mobile set will lose the race in mobile set groups
