Spice / Prepaid Connection — Poor service!

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am R. Chikka Rangaswamy, I am using Spice Prapaid Connection from last 4 - 5 years. Recently I've asked for details of messages and calls i made from 20/08/07 to 20/09/07. But so far i've not recd any information regarding this.
Kindly help me in this regard. Hope you will do needful and oblige.
