[Resolved]  Spice/idea — restore life time validity of prepaid mobile no.[protected]

Sub:restoring life time validity of pre paid mob no.[protected] by idea.

I have prepaid mob no.[protected] since about 10yrs.Appx two n half yrs before, spice offered me a life time validity for Rs.1999.I opted for the same.Currently that my no was of limited use as I m using another no [protected] most of the times.To my surprise,once at the time of getting recharge for [protected] I came to know that my no. has no validity.At that time I had some balance amount in that too.Reason given was that I have not used that no for 3months,so validity for that is over.SINCE THEN I M BUYING VALIDITY again n again.My submission is that…

1. No such condition was narrated to me at time of that offer in any form i.e.written/SMS etc.
2. No alert for the same is given to me either by SMS or call during or immidiately before expiry of three months.
3 .It is the prerogative n need of the user to use mobile.Company can not force for the use.
IT IS LIKE A FORCED EAT WHEN THERE IS A TUMMY FULL.
This amounts to unfair trade practices by spice/idea and at the same time a severe mental torture to me
.So please intervene to restore my LIFE TIME VALIDITY for which I have paid the handsome amount of RS.1999.and also Get refunded the validity coupens I have bought after that.That can be refunded in form of recharging my account.

spice/idea — irritated by SMS

have connection of spice connection/ network(now its idea) .
from 14th jan 2009, morning 9.0 A.M i am getting SMS from APex Soft every 5min which is very irritating me. my in box will be fill with in 3 hrs.
plz give me solution for this ..
i have not subscribed for any thing.

spice/idea — Threatening

I was using Spice Mobile connection with two add on connections.As per committment Spice-Spice call supposed to charged 10 Paisa/minute.But bills were rising beyond expectation.
I visited Spice Service Centre at Chandigarh, and also call customer care for Itemised bill.They told me to register online and I did, but nothing happen.Again I visited their Service Center at Chandigarh and request again for itemised bill.Now they are sending notice and threatening to give name in leading newspaper through council.

Please do the needful and suggest how can I get itemised bill and clear my dues.
