[Resolved]  Spidigo — refund

THIS COMPANY IS A MAJOR FREAUD...NO ONE SHOULD USE THEM.
MY LAWYERS ARE GOING TO BE IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND ENSURE THAT THEY DON'T REMAIN IN BUISNESS.

I am also facing the same problem. My net does not work oproperly. and Spidigo people does not care to resolve my problem. I have filed 8 complsains in this month of January. Just imagine, how areless they are. And no consumer foram is interested in taking or initiating actions against them.

i just did complain but they didnt replay

"hello, i just want to remove speedigo internet connection and want refund of three remaining months because in past 4 months internet work almost 2 months means only 60 days out of 120days and i have complained lots of times but in call support they didnt pick call until almost 10 min and you know its chargable call so i have also waste my lots of money. and the speed is really rubbish i have a 2mbps guess what its downloding is is less then 2G internet mobile speed. its truely unprofessional very bad service provided by you. so please cancel my current plan and refund my money back i dont want used month money but i just want my remaining month money back..please

Speed problems

When I had connection of spidigo from then till now the speed is very low and I want it to be resolve . My work is at still as I dnt get a speed which I had given money for . So plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I am very much frustrated about SPIDIGO Intenet service.

I am written so many complaints but no response from SPIDIGO. it's very bad support from SPIDIGO service.

My Internet almost for 7 months not working and I am calling daily to the customer support number but never connecting to the support team.

They are not giving money refund also.
