[Resolved]  SPiDiGO Internet & Broadband Services — Connectivity problem

spidigo is worst like nightmare never go with it .my user id is thakkaratul internet not working since 14/10/2014 everyday calling to custmer care but problem not solved. custmer care is custmer headache. always yes sir problem will be solved within 24 hours . just like we used to say tomorrow n tomorrow never comes.

very poor service provider . they take money give reciept and does not come for installation.even the calls are not recieved. 0star

Spidigo is the worst ISP in the country. I used spidigo for over a year and although my plan expires in march, i disconnected it and got Airtel.
There are innumerable reasons i can give for that. Firstly, they never provide the promised speed according to your plan.
The internet disconnects atleast twice in a day for a period of 2-3 hours, sometimes this period can become 2-3 days!
The customer care is the most useless and have only one excuse"that there are technical problems in your area".
If an engineer does manage to come to your place, he will rectify the issue and the internet will work for 1 day and there you are back to square one. The employees in the Pakwan office will promise you this wont happen again and will try to fleece you more.
They wont give you extra days even if your internet is down for more than a week a month.
This is undoubtedly the worst interent provider, My only advice is STAY AWAY!

spidigo has no more money to hire tower in Maninagar so they transfer clients Maninagar to Isanpur. So at my resident Ghodasar have many problems in connectivity since three months.there is no speed as per my plan After many complains no service improved. Now I want to terminate your service but you should give me refund

internet not working

past 2 days internet not working. customer complaint continuous not available. user dikul shah very poor service

I'm using spidigo service with 2mbps plan last 1.5year. But I was never been used 2mb speed continue. Every day creat some problem regard speed issue. Download speed is average 0.89kbps and upload speed 0.10kbps. It's 2mbps speed?
No support from customer care and as well as ID.
