[Resolved]  Spykar Jeans — condition of one of the jean after first wash deteriorated

i would like to bring in to ur notice that i had purchased 2 jeans from factory outlet at

via invoice number SL1436 dated 21-jun-09

sir condition of one of the jean after first wash has deteriorated. threads have started coming our from thighs position. sir i went to show room yesterday tat 22-July-09. i was completely disappointed from the answer of the executive . his only reply was - this is design.

I had bought one white Spykar shirt NINE TY TWO Ranger W10-14, white, Size Large bearing Barcode[protected] from your Showroom ANDANI APPARELS, Opp. Old High Court, MG Road, Panaji - Goa on 1/11/2010 (Invoice No.AN-02079 for Rs: 1499/-. However to my great shock, just After first wash (as per instructions given in the Sticker on the shirt), the colour of the purple strip provided on the sleeves of both the hands got spread at many places on the white portion of the shirt. So just after wearing this shirt only once, I have to dump this shirt in my wardrobe as I can't wear this shirt again for any decent occasion. Is this really original stuff of your esteemed company? Is my shirt is going to be replaced by the Company? I want an answer from the Company on this matter or else I will be forced to publish my grievances in the newspapers.
