[Resolved]  Sreeleathers lindsay street / Product code 78705 7 — damage after 3 months

Dear sir,
I purchase a pair of shoe from Lindsay street kolkata Sreeleathers showroom on 25.09.2008, But i found it dameged after 3 months o[censored]se. I submit it for repair dt. 21.1.2009 it in Showroom. they told me about this product that it could not be changed and they retern me worth of this product deducting some percentise of this. Pls kindly suggest me what to do.
