We have a regular problem of delivering LPG cylinders by "SRI Guruvayurappan GAS Agencies" -Kodambakkam.The most recent one is we have booked the second cylinder after 20 days delivery of cylinder 1 on 29/03/2010.When we follow up with the service center post the delivery confirmation date, they said today, tomorrow evening or stock not available or waiting for new load.This is not the first instance, it is the continuous practice in a regular period.
how can we manage by using a single cylinder for more than 40 days if they are not supply the goods on time?Please take the action aeap.
