DEAR SIRS, DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY (4TH SEPTEMBER 2012) I HAD BEEN TO SRI KRISHNA SWEETS IN VELACHERY AROUND 5.30 PM. I WANTED TO BUY SOME HOT SNACKS FOR MY LITTLE DAUGHTERS. I WAS TOD THAT KARA APPAM IS AVAILABLE HOT. I ORDERED SIX PIECES EACH COSTING AROUND RS.12/- ON REACHING HOME I FOUND THAT THE THE PRODUCT WAS OLD, HARD AND TOTALLY NO CONSUMABLE. I HAD TO THROW THE WHOLE PACKET. THE SAME NIGHT I TRIED TO GET INTO THEIR WEBSITE WWW.SRIKRISHNASWEETS.COM TO LODGE A COMPLAINT. THE COMPLAINT WOULD NOT GO DUE TO AN INTERNAL SERVER PROBLEM. NEXT DAY I WENT DIRECTLY TO THE OUTLET AND LODGED AN ORAL COMPLAINT WITH THE STAFF THERE ONLY TO RECEIVE A SARCASTIC SMILE FROM THEM IT IS DISGUSTING THAT AN ORGANISATION WHICH CLAIMS HIGH STANDARDS AND SERVICE COULD STOOP DOWN TO SUCH LOW LEVELS. I AM SURER MY LITTLE ONES WOULD HAVE BECOME ILL IF THEY HAD CONSUMED IT.I HOPE MR. MURALI IS HEARING. ASHOK.K.V. Sri Krishna Sweets — foul smell from the exhaust to the neighbourhood
From early morning 2.00 am onwards the restaurant commences cooking activity. The electric chimneys at a distance of 10 feet from the residential area are switched on. Noise , foul smell and heat start emanating.The conditions remain the same thoughout the day.
