We were gifted with sweets of 1 KG by our relative which was purchsed on Monday (24th Oct, 2011), this was given to us on the same day, we had left in the refrigrator. When we retruned in the morning (27th Oct, 2011) from vacation we found the sweets filled with fungus and spoiled. When we enquired the same in Velachery barach, we were told that any sweets purchased prior to Diwali will not be returned. How could the sweets be spolit in just 2 days? We understand the food items will be spoilt (including sweets), but we are surprised of sweets (particularly kept in refrigrators) being spoilt in just TWO Days. This questions us the quality of the sweets being prepared in Sri Krishana sweets? Whom should we report to for such a complaint? Was this information helpful? |
