Dear sir this is Nitin kumar from Hyderabad I am having the Indane gas connection with the SRI SAILA GAS Agency, phone no [protected], Shop No 15 Kalyanis Rbr Complex, Miyapur, Hyderabad - 500138. I have serious problem with the gas Agency people they behave like a gunda, that is my personal experiance with the booking guy they ask like "TERAY KO GAS HONA KEE NAI" and deliver the gas 10 Days after booking. They dont respond over phone properly and keep the customer online for long time until customer gets frustes and keep the phone down. I think Delivery guys have tieup with some shop ower where they sell the normal gas cylendar for higher rates I have seen this in one shop where they gave the gas without booking and he sell it for height cost like 650 or 700 depends on how needy customer is. I too am frustrated with sri saila agency. One they came to my house even when we had not booked. The delivery person was so arrogant and gunda-type. I dont know what made hime come like that. I dont see anyone saying theri complaint was taken care of. This looks like a community forum or a blog where we just express ourselves and go. How can I expect if my compalint will be really taken care of.
I completely agree with you. These guys feel like they are doing favor on us by providing us the Gas cylinders. They just cancel the refill cash bill saying door is locked and issue the cylinders in unofficial way. They are not ready to even hear us. Very much rude. I am a local guy even with me they behave like this I am not sure how they behave with the north indians or some other state guys.
Not sure what we can do about this. I want to complaint to the higher authorities, but not sure who is the concerned person.

I agree with the above. I myself have faced lot of problem for new gas connection...
Its already more than 2.5 months since I applied for new connection.
There Registration need to be cancelled..They are making money from our pocket, withiut providing any service..

I also have the same concern. The people sitting in their Miyapur office are so arrogant and non-cooperative. The cylinder delivery guy is also so rude in behaviour. I dont understand what they are thinking by providing the gas cylinder to us. They are behaving as if they are doing favour to us.
One more thing, Does anybody have any idea about the timeline for getting the additional cylinder. I have applied for an additional cylilnder about 6-7 months back. Any time I am going to the, and asking about it, they are just saying, "abhi aaya nahin, jab aayega tum ko chithi bhej denge, ab jao..". " abhi tumhara no. nahin aaya... baad mein aao".
they just make us running after them ...
Any way to get rid of these guys? any concerned person where we could register our complaint?

I also agree with the above mentioned feedback that the Sri Saila Gas Agency is not up to the mark. I recently happened to visit the Gas Agency with a transfer voucher as I shifted to Bachupally which is under their jurisdiction..Its been more than 2 weeks that I am regularly visiting their office and requesting them for my transfer but they are cooking up some stories and asking me to come again and again. I am still running after these people wasting all of my time and taking leaves from office but yet my transfer has not happened. I wish Indane Gas Company takes some strict action against this Gas Agency and ensure the public is not suffered.
yaaaaaa. i also agree with the above mentioned feedback i too have the same problem even i have got cash memo as a message also they took 10 days to deliver i have called them for explanation and they gave a rash answer that " to whom u want u can complaint". this was the prob lem that i have faced
Always facing some problems with Gas cylinder and they don't answer the call even we try for 10 times. It's really damn service by srisaila gas service.

Hi i shifted my house from Ashok Nagar to Miyapur and my indene gas is also transferred.When i see these review i am really scared and need to take serious action on them otherwise they continue to make lot of problems and we should be ready to face those issues.
Can anyone suggest me and lets all about to take some action on them pleazzzzzzzzz respond to my post.

Hi This is my second personal experience again today.. I agree with Nitin how rude he is behaving with me today. He asked some to drag me outside where i am requesting the executive even i am not harshly speaking to them.But this is not the correct behavior with us .. please someone has to respond and take an action to change the agency owner otherwise we will have to suffer a lot.Pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Yes The Above Statement is 100% Correct. The Gas Agency People is not at all responding..
Higher Managment needs to take stricu action on these people...
