I have booked pearl floor at Faridabad. I have paid 2 installments before due date and applied for the loan with LIC housing finance. LIC has sectioned my loan and also confirm me on the Phone also my dealer confirmed me that my name is in the list of persons whose loan have been approved.

Today SRS has send me a letter of Cancellation of my booking reason behind i have not paid 3rd installment.I have been directed to collect the refund by 15th March 2010.

I was shocked after receiving the same, how can a builder do like this ?????????????

Today I have discussed whole case with my advocate. He has suggested me to file a case of cheating with mass. We should file FIR against Directors, managers and dealers.

First of all we should make a group and go for more discussion with a good advocate. Please write me at my mail ID [protected]@rediffmail.com

SRS Real Estate — Parking Not allotted

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I got the possession of my flat no. C8/501 dated 11th June ’11, possession letter attached. I had paid Rs 1, 50,000.00 for covered parking but still this parking is not handed over to me.
