Subject: - Regarding Payment not received

Respected Sir,

I Vijay U. Kadam (A/c No: DL/935405/363) have already applied for EPF withdrawal. First payment part of Rs.2937 Of cheque no.758020 (Dated 04.11.2010) has been received trough NEFT in A/C, but second payment part of EPS Rs.6105/- cheque no. 291559(Dated 04.11.2010) is still not credited in the Bank A/c. I checked at Standard Chartered Bank, Kalyani Nagar Branch, it is not reflecting in their system. They have asked for NEFT Transfer no.

Please send me the NEFT Transfer no. OR if not transferred please transfer it to my Account.

Note: - Even I had already sent a written Letter (Application) to your (New)Office (Twice Time) from last 2 month, but not reply from your End, so I am sending mail to you.
