[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — ATM Cash Withdrawal

I am Ramasubramanian from Chennai. I am having a salary account in Standard Chartered Bank, Haddows Road, Chennai -34. On 29th of October I had try to take Rs.10000 from Allahabad Bank ATM. The Money not dispensed. In the printed slip, It has Transaction rejected. Unfortunately I teared the slip, since it was happened so many times before. But this time, money has been deducted in my account. I only came to know when i try to take money in ICICI bank. Then immediately I had complined to Customer Care Phone banking. They have asked me wait for 11 days. The money not came. Then I have complined again. They gave me a compliant number - NAVYA/LC/1108/23. I went to the nearest bank and filled up the ATM Dispute form also. But my money didn't credit in my account till now. They have gave another compliant number now - DURGA/LC/12087. Everytime while I ask the customer care they are telling me that the enquiry is going on. But they are not telling me that whether my money come back or not. I am struggling for money. With reference to the above, MOHITVIJAN saving bank account holder in your bank could not receive an amount of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three HUNDRAD ) which was withdrawn in standard charterd bank wea arya samaj road ( delhi) ATM on 16 06.09 record no 8180 As my account is debited with 300 which I could not receive. So, I kindly request you to credit the amount of Rs. 300. I am also submitting a copies of statements for confirmation to The Chief Manager, Union Bank of India at ATM CELL DELHI ROAD MEERUT BRANCH point.
Kindly do the needful.

Standard Chartered Bank — money withdrawal from account

Dear group ,
I am ANUJA KUMAR BEHERA , Working as Engineer in ABB Ltd.Peenya,Bangalore . I have a salary account in standard chartered bank, MG Road ,
This regarding my money debited for account with out my knowledge .I got a message in mobile on 02/02/12 at 12.21 AM regarding money INR 19487.75 towards ATM cash withdrawal -StanChart.At that time i was sleeping at home.
Next day I log complain through phone and block my debit card and again on 04.02.12 I log a written complain in my local branch i.e standard chartered bank, MG road ,Bangalore.In my local branch they informed that you will get back your money with in 7 days but till date i have not received it back .
whenever i will call to customer care , They are telling it will take 45 days.I don't know what to do .
