Standard Chartered — Non- Renewal of EMI Card

My EMI Card no. [protected] (Master Card) issued on 07/05 expired in 07/08, had rqstd to know the status of this card and had asked them to send me a new valid card. Regret, same not received until date.
Please do the needfull in the matter after 1st May, as i shall be out of the country.
