Respected Sir/Madam, I am a costumer in state bank of hyderabad, punjagutta branch, on 01st sep 12 i tried to withdraw 35000/-rs(thirty five thousand) from chandikhole branch in orissa state.i have not received the amount.but from my account cash has debited. my account no - [protected]. my name- SUDHANSU DAS for this propose i lodge a complaint in my home branch punjagutta, hyderabad on 03rd of sep 12. again i lodge a complaint through costumer care. from bank i received report transaction success. they can't help me now. but as per my atm statement i have received the slip "sorry unable to process" Please find attachment of bank document also.
