I am the account holder of SBH, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad.I regularly do the transaction in state bank ATM'S and check it regularly. But On 1st of july 2009 this month when i went to do the transaction of RS 1500/- there the process was going on but all of a sudden it has shown insufficient funds i was shocked because i was having enough balance to do the transaction, then again i checked for mini statement, this also showing the same one like WITHDRAWL of 1500/- on 2-7-09 and available balance is NIL, though i didnt receive the money.Then i was told to meet the bank manager, so next day i visited SBH, vanasthalipuram, Hyd.unfortunately manger was on leave that day, there i met with an asst.manager he was very irresponsible towads his duty, he shown no concern towards my matter i really felt dishonour.Is this the way to deposit money in a bank and run after those unfaithfull, disobyed manager's.It really hurts the sentiment of the customer.

Iam having savings a/c with SBH Jyothinagar.I had transferred (online NEFT)1 lac from my a/c to P.Komalavalli ICICI bank hosur on 07/08/09.Amount has been debited from my a/c but still its not credited to ICICI bank and its emergency.I talked SBH branch manager but issue is not settled and three days over.Its emergency but its not solved.
