[Resolved] State Bank Of Hyderabad — improper bank authorities
I deeply regret to inform you that the services rendered by SBH, Jyothinagar branch(code number 20451) at karim nagar district, andhra pradesh:505215 is abysmally horrible and bank authorities do not meet the customer needs accordingly.
Contradicting the SBH bank facilities SBI's are really customer driven and this bank needs sudden and ambushed auditing at the earliest WITHOUT REVEALING THE IDENTITY. I am due to approach consumer forum to sue the bank for the inconvenience caused to me on several occasions.
This mail init self indicates the helplessness of customers at this NTPC campus whose demands are not met by the bank authorities.
Of many problems from the bank end this is one such problem and is as follows:
1) As per bank norms it takes 10 min to receive the internet password and account and two days for activation. For me it has taken 45 days to get the password and account login id, after regular and undeterred follow up.
2) I was not able to use the debit cum atm card at many places in and out of the state. Still worse I am dumb stuck as my company credits salary with this worst ancillary SBH here.
3) In spite of my access to internet banking facility which I got with lot of hue and cry, I still am not able to use my ATM and debit card for many applications, viz for booking internet railway tickets at irctc.com today as I had an emergency trip to be planned and bookings of available seats almost not available.
I am attaching the message by email by irctc about the failure of transaction due to the failure from the bank end.
What compensation will the bank pay to me if it is not do its job? Are we here to stomach the people at the banks and their families who are a burden to this nation? We say we are progressing .Is this what a good nationalized bank can do when it cannot care for its own a/c holders. Bank authorities refuse to speak when grievance is raised insitu and get busy speaking over the mobile cells to vile away the time. Thanks to the advances in communication technology!!.
