[Resolved] State Bank of India — Wrong transaction statement given by bank | |||
I transactioned at date 19 june 2010 near rajendra nagar delhi from PNB ATM using S.B.I atm card .I transacted 5000 from atm but it was unable to process but bank debit from my account , after complaint in S.B.I they returned money in my accout on date 29 june 2010 .after that they set my account on hold of 999999 rupees on date 09 july 2010 .i could not recognise the problem so I contacted SBI costmer care they were not able to solve my problem ,according to them there was zero balance in my account and then I contacted to branch manager of my account holding branch (SBI Aalapur, Ambedkar Nagar-224147., ,U.P,India , branch code -11230) ,he was unable to detect my problem and was cofused regarding this matter, he did not tell about on hold of my account .After that on hold I was unable to access my atm card . after that I contact to the custmer care many times but they was unable to solve my problem.due to inactivity of ATM I make it blocked by custmer care.when I contacted for a new atm card in my accont holding branch then manager told me to submit 5000 Rs with interest of 11 month.I want to know why are they asking for money and threatening to file a case against me in court?
