Hello sir, i have booked the E ticket using debit card number[protected] today.The transaction failed but the amount (Rs 485) has not been refunded to my account.the transaction id-[protected].also i want to know my account balance through sms.my phone no. is [protected]& A/C no.[protected]...thank you

I have opened my saving account in sbi bank about 1-1/2 month, but now I did not get my atm card. So, I hope that sbi bank's process is very than other bank's process.
