It has been more than five months though i got the sbi pass book but still to receive my ATM card but no sign of it. How should i know the whereabouts the my ATM card.

i have not recieved my atm card of state bank of india. Its been Six months since i m waiting for my debit card of sbi. I went to my branch that isSHIMLA PURI BRANCH OF SBI BANK but no responce. They said i will recieve my card within two weeks but card has not come yet. Also they were not giving me the proper answer. I opened my account in Sep, 2009 but i have nt recieved my atm card yet. I asked to that person in the bank that where can i ask for my card enquiry. He said very rudely to me that see the phone no at any sbi atm and asked them. He did not reply my answer. What now i can do? please help me? My A/C no.is-[protected]
