[Resolved] State Bank of India — not yet received my atm card | |
i have not recieved my atm card of state bank of india. Its been two months since i m waiting for my debit card of sbi. I went to my branch that is AZAD MARKET BRANCH OF SBI BANK but no responce. They said i will recieve my card within two weeks but card has not come yet. Also they were not giving me the proper answer. I opened my account in Nov, 2008 but i have nt recieved my atm card yet. I asked to that person in the bank that where can i ask for my card enquiry. He said very rudely to me that see the phone no at any sbi atm and asked them. He did not reply my answer. Sir, my tATM card was lost. I applied on customer care no for blocking it. it was blocked vide block No[protected]. Then i applied for new ATM card after one week on 27 March 2013 i received a message on my mobile quoting, "your sbi domestic army card despatched to branch/LCPC by speed post No EK[protected]IN'. It was from message centre [protected]. My DSP (Army) Account No is [protected]. I enquired from SBI Meerut Cantt about it but they said that ATM card will be received on your communication address which is Military Hospital Meerut. I have been waiting for a long time but neither it has been received in SBI branch nor at Military Hospital Meerut.

Dear Sir, I Applied For ATM CARD from GMC Branch Guwahati, & my Des-patch Date & No was (17/09/2013 & EQ[protected]IM). But till date not received the Card. Please suggest what to do & how can i will got my card.
