I applied for issue of duplicate demand draft on 13 Jan 2009 as my draft was lost.
Detail of my draft is as follows:
Draft No.-- 114934 Dated 11 Dec 2008
In favour of -- JIS COLLEGE OF ENGINERING
Payable at: Service Branch SBI Kolkata (Branch code 8554)
Draft issuing Branch -- SBI, Air Force Station Kumbhirgram ( Branch Code : 7217)

Till now I have not got duplicate draft . Kumbhirgram branch is waiting for non payment certificate from Kolkata branch.

Same happened with me. I took a DD of 30000 in SBI 3 and half months before now I lost the DD and I need the duplicate one what is the procedure to follow and what are the documents to be submitted...? Please tell in detail
