Dear sir/madam,
I have been useing internet banking facilities from many months without any problem.
It is after many months that i tried to change my log in password for this i should have profile password.
It is for your information that no profile password was provided to me at the begining.I contacted branch manager sbi ADB CANAL JAMMU J&K STATE.Manager after doing the needful i was told that i can make my own profile pass word to change my new login paaword .I did accordingly but it did not work with the result neither my old nor my new password is functional.Ihave been useing all sorts of permutation and combinations but without any success.
I feel that i have been unable to implement the istructions.I request your goodself to either provide me with fresh user id, login password and profile password or retrive my present password and inform me accordingly.

Recently i got the internet banking kit. I was told that it takes 24 hours to access internet banking with the user ID and password provided in the kit. But it's more than 1 week that i got the kit. Still it says invalid username or password.
Pls help me in this regard

sir i have request to sbi for internet user id and password the same was delvered to me within one week but the problem occurs when a "profile password " problem occurs the sbi ask to give profile password but when i type any password it does not accept or say invalid password i have tried with different password but ould not sucess. what's a problem with sbi, they have make internet transaction a headache ..please help

I am holding sb a/c in sbi palayamkottai-627002 my a/c No.is [protected]. My mobile no is. [protected]. I could not login to my account while clicking Personal banking. my sytem is win.XP.it is working properly. Pse look into it and intimate the reason for not accessing into it.

I applied for net banking on 26-11-09, same day I got my userid and password same but still its giving error message "Invalid Username or Password". Then I tried to logged a complaint, it giving error message "Invalide Account number and Brand", I know its correct. Today I visited to branch, but concerned person was absent(normally concerned person use to absent). 1 person checked that, he said everything is fine but I need to meet those person. He suggested me to contact with toll free, but its never connected. Then I tried to landline number, 1guy picked the phone, that guy keep telling me I have to do like that like this, but he doesnt have the rights to raise the complaint. What a rediculous service it is. Really pathetic.
