[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Misc. Credit

Sir,
I'm a S/B. A/c holder of SBI, Khordha Branch having ATM facility.On dated 08.08.2009 I have visited the ATM counter of ICICI, Khordha Branch for withdrawal of Rs. 4000.00 due to net failure of SBI, ATM. While operating the ATM a command displaying UNABLE TO PROCESS was shown. Then I was leave the counter for next trail at any other counter. On the next it was noticed that a sum of Rs. 4000.00 has been withdrawn the previous day i.e. on 08.08.2009.
I,hve meet the ICICI, Khordha manager in this connection and he advised that the said amount has been received in the branch in shape of Misc. Receipt and to contact with the Branch Manager, SBI, Khordha. Further in this context I have also made a complaint through their prescribed format but in vein after lapse of more than 4 months.
Therefore, I pray for your kind action and obliged.
