I Srirama bearing the SBI credit card number [protected] On[protected], wednesday, received a gift pack from SBI as a part of privilege circle program. The gift also consisted of a polo club wrist watch which was found to be defective even before opening the pack. I feel insulted after recieving the defective watch which is given to me as a privileged customer. kindly inform me as to whom i have to send it back. please do not insult others in this manner.

SBI Credit Card — Non receipt of vouchers

i have place an order as per the online request/offer recd from SBI, and paymnet of rs. 6067, was debited from my SBI credit card on 30.09.2009. i have recd the confirmation through SMS on my cell number for this transection . till date i ahve not heard anything and no body at customer care in SBI crad is replying for the same.

In August 2009 I got call from plat5 on behalf of SBI cards. They said I have been selected for Privilege circle program and convinced me to accept this offer. They promised me whatever told to me will be delivered within 25 days of registration. They told me that I can cancel the offer if they have not despatched the so called Wellcome kit.I trusted them because they assured me this offer is from SBI. I contacted them to cancel my membership, they denied it by saying that it cannot be cancelled, though according to term and conditions I could cancel offer if I told them before making payment to SBI cards. I haven't received anything from them. Could somebody please tell me how can I take legal action against SBI cards.

I am S B I card (xxxxxxx1127) holder at least for 3 years. In august 2008 I got several calls from your Delhi office that I have been selected as your privilege circle customer and you offer me some lucrative holiday pkg. and some gift.At the same time when offer was made I was told that I will be allowed to get one way air ticket within India and any place to any place. But after I got the product I found that there is no scope of Bhopal to any where. This was not mentioned that there will be only limited options available for fly from one place to another. There is no connection between fly sector list to the list of destinations ( hotels ) you have given. I stay in Bhopal and while making the offer they know where the customer is located. It is true the sales personnel are hiding some facts or giving false hopes/ promises and putting the customer in trouble.
So, I request you to take back your kit and cancel the deal and make my amount to be reversed.

This priviledge circle programm is big .I dont know how SBi like renowned bank can collaborate this type of programm where clear fraud is happenning.Ayhow i escaped from this programm.After all I ask you everyone, anyone is not here to do charity here.How could they offer wattch worth 4600/-+base fare air ticket+vacation (as per agent worth 15 thousand.).SBI higher authority should look into this matter and should take action against this type of third party vendor.Request you all guys not to avail this programm.

We all are trapped with disgusting offer from SBI Card which forcing us to think of cancelling SBI Card.

I wonder why have I agreed with SBI Card and availed this unnecessary stress.
Upon enquiry with Heritage Holidays today on[protected], the lady said they have not received any mail from me (even after giving following reference), and to resend.

I hold SBI Card fully responsible for my loss if any incurs. Never expected SBI Card to introduce such a stressfull dealing.

I will not call anybody now, SBI Card needs to take neccessary action if wants me to continue with SBI Card.

It's disgusting to note that in today's world noone from concerned organization bothers to confirm my status of request.

I got a call from SBI and they told me that I can go to any Location in india and even offer a branded Polo watch of rs 4000. i took the offer. I decided to go to Vaishnu Devi (Jammu) so when i got the kit i found that, jammu is not in there list so i called them and i mention that i want to return this. I talk to Ruchi, she was usless. I told her the issue but she reply me stating that 'we said All over india but we not mention Jammu' (she was truly uneducated simply not knowing what she is talking about) According to her Jammu is different from India and All over india does not include Jammu. She was absolutely not ready to listen. then i talk to her sineer Meenakshi. she was hopless, why she was there i dont know. I think she must have achieve her job by showing some physical talent.
so in simple word they were not ready to listen. when i was offer the plan the lady told me that i can return the kit if i dont like the offer, but when i want to return it back they are not just not ready to take it.
so i am looking forward for a legal action against them by filing a Cosumer Complaint. I think even you people should come forward and fight a legal battle aginst them

I had received call fron sbi privilege club member on 28-Aug-08 saying that i have been selected one of the member so for that you need pay just only 6180 /- Rs. nothing else for this you will receive your welcome kit worth of Rs. 3000 branded watch with in 3 weeks.

till date i have not received anything from them and as well as there is no response from customer service dept. for the following number[protected] / 55 has been given by them.

Even its a wrong number...

Pls advise me how and what is to be done to come out of this...Kindly let me know any legal action if any can be taken and how ?

Go for abribiation and waste time or cancel the card. I'm cancelling my card. forget rs.6, 000/-. Once cheated, will again cheat.

When i received call from SBI for this offer, I said "yes" only after going through all the details at "https://sbicard.com/sbi/privilege_terms07.htm". Couldn't find any sort of trap in this & happy to receive the benefits. Helpful in saving money.

Actually SBI Card cann't control Heritage Holidays. Whatever delay or loss occured only because of mismanagement of Heritage. SBI being so reputed bank can not take a chance by introducing such stressfull offer. Bad experience after 10 years holding SBI Card.

I have been banking with SBI for very long time & have availed a lot of services through the bank. I cannot beleive that bank is involved any such fraud. It is just delay in services provided to the customers due to huge clientele.

I got all the things including the welcome pack, watches & vouchers within time from bank. Yet to utilize the services.. Hopefully they will be great too..!!
