i am sushila b haibatti sir i have withdrawould amount of rs.1000 . 500 . 400 . 400 but that amount cannout came in the ATM so please issue my amount

I opened a new account in SBI, ANGAMALY BRANCH, KERALA for mymother on DECEMBER 22, 2008.We received the ATM card two weeks before.But still now there is PIN number not available branch.They told it would take time.Why these slow process for this common procedure.What I need to do?

I opened a new account in SBI, MANISH KUMAR SINGH for FEBUARY 27, 2009.We not received the ATM card weeks.But still now there is PIN number not available branch.They told it would take time.Why these slow process for this common procedure.What I need to do
