when my ATM card come Kirandul, Dantewada Dist.chhattisgarh 2 times i have given letter ????????????????????????

if we open a joint account in s.b.i in kerala branch, whether we will be getting two atm card on request. ?

On Date: 01/06/2009, I have inserted my SBI ATM Card in ICICI ATM in Shrirampur. Ta : Shrimpur Dist. Ahmednagar

1) First Time when I inserted ATM card and process, I enter 3000/-Rs. But cash is not out. I am not getting Money. But 3000/-RS is Deducted From My Account.
2) Second Time When I inserted ATM Card I Get 3000 /- Rupees.

But from my Account 6000/- rupees Deducted. Actually I Get only 3000/- Rupees.


Please Deposit 3000/-Rs money on my account. I was also applied in main branch. There is no response. what can I do ?

I am Mrs Baby Mohan, holding a account in SBI, Sathuvachary Branch ( bank code, no.[protected]in Vellore, Vellore District My. S.B.Account no.is. [protected] .On 10.08.2009 around 7.00PM i tried in SBI ATM 2 times, ICICI ATM 2 times HDFC ATM one time and I.O.B.ATM one time and the result came no transaction. On 11.08.2009 when i put the entry in the pass book it shows i have taken 4 times from the ATM of RS.3000/- total Rs.12, 000/- But without withdrawn the cash it shows like that. The same day 11.08.2009 i gave complaint letter, pass book xerox copy and ministatement xerox copy to the branch manager. He promised me that within a week they will credit the money in my account, But for the other bank ATM they will send the letter and it will take time. Please do the needfull.

A cash withdrawal entry Rs4020 had been shown in mini statement dated 26.10.2008.It is worng entry
because atm only give a round figure as per sbi helpline . I had complain many times to bm ganjdundwara many times orally. sent e mail so many times since than.mr.ashwani avilashi of atm cell advised to meet bm ganjdundwara for cash back.bm has taken complain on 09.06.2009 recieved by mr.s k dubey.
Again 2-3 times e mail send but no reply.going to complete almost one year .I am not sure whether get this money back or not.It is my pension money.
