[Resolved] State Bank of India — ATM CARD | |||
I withdrew 1000Rs using my SBI debit card in the ICICI ATM Machine(ATM ID:S1AN2486) on 26.02.2011. But I got only 700Rs, I did not get the transaction slip at that time. I called to SBI customer care ,they told they need transaction ID for registering the compliant. After that I sent mail to my branch office regarding this issue ,There is no proper response from them . Then I called so many time to my branch to ask about the transaction number, but no one is ready to pick the phone. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||

i ve submitted twice of the "online banking" form at the SBI, paona bazar branch, manipur but they said they have losted it. and i was numb towards their sincerity and funny as well at the same time. so please help me out. and also i ve re-submitted my ATM form which was deactivated due to not using since it was issued. but my FORM was nowhere to be found. so please let my request be forwarded. thanking you.

i am abhay kumar singh .there are Rs2772 amount are avalable in my account . i went to oriental bank of commerce noida sec 62 atm and with draw the amount 1000 and the message display that your transaction is under proceed, approx 10 min this message display then i press the cancel button and take my ATM card the date was[protected]. and today[protected] when i with draw amount 1100 of that ATM ( oriental bank of commerce sec 62 ) and after collecting the amount i check my balance then the amount was shown Rs.672 then i go to sbi atm and check the mini statement then it shows that on the date[protected] there are 1000 money withdraw . sir please check that and send my money to my account .

AT[protected] via the customer relations officer at the dadar tt branch, mumbai. kindly look into my complaint and respond positively as the amount in question has not been credited bank into my account. i made a withdrawal of rs2000 from YES bank atm near chowpatty on 8/4/2010. i could not take the cash in the stipulated 30 seconds. and now the money has been debited against my account. please do the needful as soon as possible.
