I am an army pensioner retired on 31.05.1982 from 10th Garhwal Rifles and drawing my pension from Saving Bank A/C No.[protected] from 00697/SBI Dhara Road Pauri branch, Uttrakhand. I am not getting my pension since November 2007 perhaps due to non submission of live certificate due to poor health and memory. I am a Diabetic and suffering from suspected Alzheimer’s Disease since 2007. Recently I met with an accident and found my hip fractured and after the surgery of my hip, I am unable to walk freely. Presently I am getting my treatment in Delhi and staying with my son at his residence at H-2/114, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi-110089.
The Live Certificate (attested by Gazetted officer) was sent to SBI Dhara Road Pauri (PDA) by post in July 2010. When contacted on phone, It was informed by SBI, Dhara Road Pauri branch that it will take two to three days and later on informed that my papers has been sent to Delhi office. I contacted the SBI, CPPC, Chandni Chowk Delhi on 10.11.2010 and it was informed that my pension account has been discontinued by the concerned branch and advised to submit the life certificate at the concerned branch and send the formal letter from the branch to re-continue the pension account.
I personally visited to SBI, Dhara Road Pauri branch on 22.11.2010 and submitted my life certificate, withdrawn Rs.10, 000/- from my account and submitted a letter requesting to forward the formal letter to CPPC, Chandni Chowk to re-continue may pension account. It was informed by the branch that the formal letter vide file no.1112 dated 28.10.2010 with related documents has been forwarded to Chief Manager, SBI, CPPC, 3rd Floor, Chandni Chowk on 28.10.2010.
It is requested that kindly look into the matter to re-continue my pension account at the earliest to release my pension. My details are as under:

Sir,
I am Shambhu Prasad working in Thomson Press (India Today Group), my mother is pension holder, and was drawing pension from Saving Bank A/C No.[protected] from 00697/SBI Dhara Road Pauri branch, Uttrakhand. Now we have changed the bank place pauri to Noida sector - 36 (U.P.) and currently she is taking to pension from noida.
My mother is not getting her pension since November 2010 perhaps due to non submission of live certificate but i have posted her live certificate on dated first of December 2010 by courier. And still the pension is hold on your end and not transfer in her account.
It is requested that kindly look into the matter to re-continue her pension account at the earliest.

SBI — DISCREPANCIES IN SERVICE PENSION
Sir, I was released from India Army as a Hon Lt on 31 May 98. According to rules of government on sixth central pay commission my basic service pension would have been fixed Rs. 13500/-P.M. However PDA State Bank of India, is paying me basic pension Rs. 11970/-P.M. instead of Rs. 13500/-P.M. In this concern several requests have been made to different authorities but the problems of discrepencies in service pension is still stand. PDA State bank of India, Ramnagar and CPPC Delhi is simply saying that we have not received PPO of Hon Lt. It is further submitted that after retirement from Amy I have drawn the pension of Hon Capt. However on implementation of 6th cpc how I have been reverted in lower rank.sbi pension delays — delay in pension release
R/sir,i want to say that my father shri Netrapal singh was a pensioner of sbi but he has died on 4th feb.2010 due to a critical disease. i have submitted all the relative documents through sbi sikandrarao.his index no.was 1550144.pension was coming in a/c no.[protected].but after death of shri netrapal singh no pension posted in the stated a/c.Now my mother is become widow so please release the pension of my father into my mothers a/c.no.[protected]. please give me detail in progress of the stated pensioner.

Dear sir as i mailed u before on 06 april 2011 but no revert hsa been found by me so sir request u to look in his matter as we are suffering since from last past 06 month . sir is we are eligible to take a intrest on the all amount and if any thing happen to me then my fund or comutation amt will be given to to my heir if not then why their is to much dely in payment of my fund sir pls suggest what to do there is also no revert hes been given by u

The amount is Rs 396147.00. this amount i mentioned in PPO no. /CORR/1650523/2009 is not payed till date.so after asking about my comutation i submitted a letter on March in a branch and branch forward the letter to cppc chandni chowlk and till now no revert hes given to us so sir pls look in this matter and do the needful.

This letter forwarded to CPPC chandni chawk branch to recover the medical allowence Rs 100/ paid to Mr Prabhu Nath Singh pensioner from Jan 08 and not to continue further as pensioner is the beneficiary of CGHS facility.
But sorry to say till date there is no action by yr branch
I personnaly feel guilty to recieved the medical allowence Rs 100/- per month.
