Sir I had joined Indian Army on 28 Feb 68 and on completion of 16 years service in group 'D' released on 31 Dec 83. As per the Table No. 14 of PCDA(Pension) Allahabad circular No. 430 dated 10 Mar 2010 my pension would have been fixed to Rs. 4837/-P.M. (Basic Pension) However the PDA is paying me at the rate of Rs. 3500/-P.M. basic pension. In this concern several requests have been made to PDA as well as different authorities but did not received any reply. Please look into the matter at the earliest.My particulars are as follows:-

my father(late R.C.jangid-TTA BSNL, NAGAUR) on the behalf of my mother, I complaint against PCCL-SBI, DELHI.
Her PPO no. RDOT/8-3/RCJ-850/2718 that is pending yet...after 5 months, it is not cleared...

2. The following observation raised on pension credited in my bakers acct during the month of Oct 2012 to Feb 2013:-
(a) Pension sanctioned per month for life Rs 13500/-
(b) DA @ 72% on pension.
(c) Amount calculated on basic pension Rs 9720/-
(d) Residual pension per month Rs 6750/-
(e) Net pension entitled Rs 16470/-
(f) Pension remitted to the bankers in the months noted against each:-
(i) Rs 16410/- pension for the month of Oct 2012 (Rs 60/- less credited.
(ii) Rs 16289/- pension for the month of Nov 2012 (Rs 181/- less credited.
(iii) Rs 16289/- Pension for the month of Dec 2012 (Rs 181/- less credited
(iv) Rs 16289/- pension for the month of Jan 13 (Rs 181/- less credited
(v) Rs 16290/- pension for the month of Feb 13 (Rs 180/- less credited.
(vi) Rs 16470/- pension for the month of Mar 13 credited as per entitled.
3. The reasons for reduction of amount from my pension may also be intimated to the undersigned.
4. Total difference of amount 783/- (Rupee Seven hundred eighty three only) with interest may please be credited to the Offrs bankers account No [protected] at the earliest.

My A/C held at SBI Balkeshwar Branch, Agra.I have talked to Signal records, they told me that they had sent my original PPO docments to CPPC Delhi, letter no S/21263/ARI[protected]N dated 4th may 2013. I have talked to SBI Balkeshwar branch they had also sent my my PPO and other documents with letter dated 3 July 2013. But both signal records and SBI Branch didnot receive any response form CPPC delhi.
After my retirement 4 months has gone, but till date i didn't receive my gratuity commutation, pension and the arrears.

But the same has not so far been credited in my SB account at my above mentioned branch. Request expedite.
