[Resolved]  State Bank of India — invalid monthly statement

I Mrs. Shantha P A working as assistant in SBI Main branch Davangere. holding credit card no:[protected] and i have received monthly statement dated 15 oct 2011 stating that

But i have never used my credit card till date.
