[Resolved] State Bank of India — Defaulter in CIBIL report | |||
Hi, I had used my SBI credit card for 999/-. Later I didn't receive any bill statement through any source. After many month I got a call from SBI credit card department and they were asking some 2500/- including the interest rates. Since it was not my fault, I made an agreement for settlement by paying 1500/- instead of 999/-. Also they told they don't put my name in defaulter in CIBIL report. But now I am struggling to get any loan due to this (they have put my name in defaulter) How can I overcome from this problem, Please help.
