Re:-Delay in cheque payment.

With refrence to above this is to inform you that I had deposited two cheque 1st.bearig Rs.4, 670=00 diposited on 10th March2008 clearing at S.B.I, Bazar branch, Chapra and 2nd Cheque No.836404 deposited on 11th April, 2008 bearig Rs.38, 700=00 clearing at Patna of HDFC BANK.
I request to inform you that these cheque amount have not seen credited to my account.These amount are still shown on uncleared balance. I am costumer of your Bank since inception of this branch. I am in great need of money .May I know the reason why the amount has not been credited to my account, even after two months have passed.
I am fedup with the poor services rendered by your branch.As per your cheque collection policy (as displayed at your Websight)and codes of commitment towards customer any cheque has to be credited to the account within 45 days.
I request you to look into the matter and pay the cheque immediately with intrest within 7 days after receipt of this application, failing which I would move to the consumer forum and various bodys meant for customer grievance redressal.

i seek for your pardon as i was trying to withdrawn 200/- rupeesfrom my s.b.i a/c([protected]) by pnb atm at 05.06.09. but unfortunately i didnot get the money but balance of rupees 200/- from my account.i hope you will interfere in my problem and i will get my money back soon.
